Can you guarantee data destruction on old computers?

We route data-bearing hardware to recyclers that document drive destruction, and the certificate comes back to you. Flag it when you book so the machines are handled on that path from collection. If your policy requires witnessed or on-site destruction specifically, that is a specialist service and we will point you at one rather than imply we provide it.

Does the price drop for larger volumes?

Substantially. Bulk e-waste at twenty or more units runs $25 to $55 each against $40 to $85 for single items, and tires drop from around $12 to $25 each down to $8 to $18 in bulk. The receiving facilities price the same way, so the saving is real rather than a discount we are absorbing. Prices may vary depending on the condition of the item.

Can you collect on a standing schedule?

Yes, and for a continuously generated stream that is usually the cheapest arrangement. A service shop producing tires weekly or a fabricator producing scrap daily gets a fixed collection day at an agreed rate. It also prevents the accumulation that turns a routine collection into a yard-clearing project.

Can you take commercial refrigeration and HVAC units?

Yes. Walk-in coolers, prep fridges, ice machines and rooftop HVAC all get their refrigerant recovered by a certified technician before the unit is scrapped, and that recovery is inside the quoted price. Rooftop units and anything needing a lift are quoted after a look at the access.

Do we get paid for scrap metal?

Sometimes it offsets the cost, occasionally it more than covers it, and often it does not — it depends on volume, on how cleanly separated the metal is, and on where scrap prices are that month. We will tell you which of those your load looks like at quote stage rather than being vague about it.

Will the documentation satisfy an audit?

It is issued in the form auditors normally look for: weigh tickets, e-waste manifests and processor receipts, tied to a dated invoice. If your specific program requires a particular format, tell us at the start — matching it from the first collection is easy, whereas reconstructing a year of records afterwards is not.
