Overview

Construction & Renovation Cleanup Done Properly in Fresno, CA

Renovation debris has a way of becoming the critical path. The tile is out but the pile is blocking the wet saw. The drywall crew finished Friday and left four hundred pounds of offcuts stacked where the cabinets are going Monday. Nobody planned for it, nobody quoted for it, and now somebody's afternoon is going into a dump run in a truck that was not built for concrete.

We clear that between trades. A remodel in the Tower District, a kitchen gut in Clovis, a bathroom tear-out in a Woodward Park rental — the pattern is the same: debris comes out, the floor gets swept, and the site is workable again before the next crew arrives. For contractors running several projects at once that is usually worth more than the cost of the haul, because it is the difference between a trade starting on schedule and standing around.

Weight is the thing that catches people out. Concrete, tile, plaster and roofing are dense enough that a load which looks small is heavy enough to matter at the scales, and it is why a general junk quote and a construction debris quote are different numbers. We price those loads honestly rather than quoting light and adjusting at the end.

What we clear on a renovation site

We work around live sites rather than needing the place to ourselves, and we can come back between phases rather than only at the end.

  • Drywall, plaster and lath offcuts
  • Dimensional lumber, plywood and trim
  • Broken concrete, tile, brick and grout
  • Roofing tear-off, shingles and underlayment
  • Old cabinets, countertops and vanities
  • Torn-out carpet, laminate and subfloor
  • Window frames, doors and sliders
  • Site sweep-out between trades

When to call

Signs the Debris Is Now Costing You Money

A trade turned up and could not start because the previous trade's waste is still in the room.

Your own crew is spending paid hours on dump runs instead of the work they were hired for.

The pile has spread far enough that the client has started asking about it.

You are hitting weight limits on a rented bin and paying overage on every ticket.

There is a concrete or tile load that will not fit in any vehicle you own.

The final walkthrough is booked and the site still reads as a building site.

Step by step

How Site Cleanup Fits Around Your Schedule

  1. Tell us the phase and the material

Concrete and tile get priced differently from framing offcuts, so knowing what came out matters more than knowing the square footage. A photo of the pile settles it in seconds.

  2. We fit around the trade calendar

Most site clears get booked for the gap between two trades. Tell us when the next crew lands and we will work back from that rather than the other way around.

  3. Load out and sweep

Debris comes out, nails and screws get swept up, and the working surface is clear. On multi-phase jobs we can return between each stage on a standing arrangement.

  4. Sorted and weighed at the facility

Clean wood, metal and cardboard get separated for recycling. Inert material goes to the right facility, and you get a receipt showing where it went if your client or your permit needs it.

Pricing

Construction Debris Removal Pricing in Fresno

Renovation loads are priced on volume with weight taken into account, because a trailer of concrete and a trailer of cabinet doors are not the same job. These ranges cover most Fresno-area remodels.

The quote covers everything

Labor, the truck, the drive and the dump fee are all inside the number you are given. There is no separate disposal charge added at the end.

Priced by volume, not by the hour

What you pay depends on how much space the load takes in the trailer. A quick job and a slow one cost the same if the pile is the same size.

The price is fixed before we load

You hear the number while everything is still on the ground. It only changes if you decide to add to the pile.

Typical price range

Single-room tear-out

A bathroom or small kitchen gut — cabinets, tile and drywall.

$220 – $380
Half load, mixed debris

Framing offcuts, drywall and packaging from a mid-size remodel.

$350 – $500
Full load, mixed debris

Whole-kitchen or multi-room renovation waste.

$550 – $850
Concrete, tile or dirt

Priced by weight. Dense material fills the scales long before it fills the trailer.

$400 – $900

Prices may vary depending on the condition of the item.

Ranges are typical for the Fresno area and are here to set expectations, not to serve as a quote. Access, stairs, weight and how far the load has to be carried all move the number. Call and you will get a real one.

Why us

Why Fresno Contractors Keep the Number

The owner spent years in construction before a spinal injury ended that career, which is the reason this service exists in the shape it does. He knows what a framing crew leaves behind, why the tile guy needs the room clear by Tuesday, and that a site clear booked for Thursday means Thursday, not sometime that week.

For a remodeler that reliability is the entire value. A haul that lands when it was promised keeps the schedule intact; one that slips by two days pushes three trades and a client conversation. We would rather turn a job down than take it and be late, and contractors who have used us more than once tend to say that is why.

You deal with the owner

Same person on the phone, on the quote and on the truck. Nothing gets lost between a dispatcher and a crew.

Flat price before we load

Quoted on volume, with labor and dump fees inside the number. No hourly clock running while we work.

Same-day when we have the slot

Call in the morning and there is a real chance it is gone by afternoon. Reviews mention under-30-minute arrivals.

Donated and recycled first

Usable furniture goes to a donation center, metal goes to a recycler, and only what is genuinely waste ends up at a transfer station.

FAQ

Construction & Renovation Cleanup in Fresno — Common Questions

Can you clear a site between trades rather than only at the end?

That is most of what we do on renovation work. Tell us when the next crew is due and we will schedule the clear for the gap. On longer remodels contractors often set up a standing arrangement where we come back after each phase, which keeps the site workable and stops the debris consolidating into one very expensive final load.

Do you take concrete, tile and dirt?

Yes, and they are priced separately from general debris because they are priced by weight. Dense inert material hits the scale limit long before it fills the trailer, so a load that looks half empty can be a full-weight ticket. We will tell you that up front rather than quoting it as a light load and adjusting afterwards.

What happens if there might be asbestos in the debris?

We stop and tell you. On anything built before about 1980, popcorn ceilings, sheet vinyl, old floor tile and pipe lagging all need testing before they are disturbed. We are not an abatement contractor and we will not haul suspected material — the right sequence is a test first, licensed abatement if it comes back positive, and then we take whatever is left.

Is this cheaper than renting a dumpster for the job?

For short renovations, usually. A bin charges by rental days plus tonnage, occupies the driveway for the whole period, and still leaves your crew doing the loading at their hourly rate. A haul-away charges once, includes the labor, and the driveway is clear the same afternoon. For a long build with steady daily waste, a bin often wins — we will say so if that is the honest answer.

Do you need a permit to park or work on the street?

No. That is one of the practical advantages over a roll-off bin: a bin placed on a public street in Fresno needs an encroachment permit, while a truck and trailer that load and leave within a couple of hours do not. We work from the driveway or the curb and the vehicle is gone with the debris.

Can you provide disposal documentation for the client or the permit?

Yes. Loads go to licensed transfer and recycling facilities and we can pass on the weigh tickets. That matters on permitted work and on projects where the homeowner or a property manager wants proof the material went to a proper facility rather than an empty lot on the west side.
